Confidentiality is important to us.
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging or in a standard issue Priority Mail box with no indication of the contents on the outside. The name "Sensually Yours" does NOT appear on the box. Instead, a return address of our drop ship suppliers or S.Y.I. address in Hawaii is displayed.

We ship our orders via USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, average delivery time is 3-7 business days from date shipped. You will be receiving an email with a tracking number.

We would prefer to ship orders out in full; when all your items are in stock. However if an item is out of stock, we will first make recommendations on similar items that can be substituted. If customer does not want to substitute item(s) then we will have a maximum of two ship outs. One for the items in stock and the second for the items out of stock. Customer is responsible for only one shipping fee.

Sensually Yours has the option to cancel all backorders if products are unavailable.

Packages delivered to APO’s or FPO’s  are shipped via USPS only and every effort will be made to accommodate these orders in the fastest time possible.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button.  You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase.  We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address.  There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

International Orders Do Not Qualify for Free Shipping. 
All items sold herein are legal in the United States; however, certain states and countries have restrictions as to the use and/or sale of some products on our online store. Customers are fully responsible for complying with their country’s laws, customs regulations, taxes, and duties.
All international deliveries must pass through customs, which might affect your delivery date. Any government or regional taxes or duties are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges.
We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and do not collect the VAT (value added tax). We are not liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes imposed outside the US. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
We cannot be held responsible for any packages delayed, detained, or confiscated by customs. Please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for detained items that are not returned to us.
Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.

How To Ship To Military Addresses:
For shipping purposes, all U.S. military personnel are considered in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed. Because of this, there are certain special guidelines to follow when filling out a military delivery address.
For City, Enter either APO (for Army Post Office) or FPO (for Fleet Post Office). 
For State, Select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe, Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
Enter the zip code provided by the military.
For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Please double check your address. Orders returned as undeliverable because of an invalid address will be charged shipping for redelivery.

Once postal services pick up packages we are not responsible for what may happen to them. Please make sure that someone is home or area is secured. If you have had problems in the past, please upgrade your shipping to FedEx or have the package shipped to a safe address.   We do not issue refunds or exchange lost packages.  Delivery confirmation and signature confirmation options are also available to you during checkout.

Sensually Yours has a retail store in Hawaii; therefore we are subject to charge tax on internet, phone or fax orders being shipped to Hawaii addresses. Hawaii shipments will be charged 4.712%  

Many countries charge Customs fees or duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Unfortunately, these duties differ from country to country so we have no way of determining what they might be or if you will be charged an extra fee at all. 

Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact your local customs office for information on what these charges might be. 

By law, we must declare the package type (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each shipment accurately. It is a criminal offence to make a false Customs declaration. 

FedEx International shipments take 2 - 4 days to process and 5 - 10 days to arrive, depending on customs. 

Please remember that shoes and boots are not available for international shipment.

Our standard shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipments typically take 4 - 10 business days to arrive. This transit time is an estimation only and, depending on your postal carrier, may take longer. 

During holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentines Day, Halloween, etc.)the post office may take up to 15 business days to deliver your package. 

Please remember that standard shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you feel that your neighborhood or apartment complex is unsafe, or if you've had problems with postal mail in the past, please upgrade your shipping to FedEx, or have the package shipped to an address where someone will be able to receive it. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather or mechanical problems which are beyond our control.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the delivery confirmation number.
