Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on 
Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Generally if you place your order before noon Hawaii Standard time during the week your order will get processed the same day. If you place the order after noon, it will get processed the next day.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Contact us right away if you receive a product damaged during shipping and we will work with you and the carrier to get a replacement.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

We accept products for exchange only. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. 

We can’t exchange:

  • DVDs 
  • Condoms 
  • Clearance toys (unless defective) 

We can exchange some items, with exceptions:

  • Lingerie/Clothing:  Only non-packaged, regular priced lingerie/ clothing, may be exchanged for other item/s of equal or greater value, within 30 days of purchase and with valid sales receipt. Original tag/s must be intact, and the item must be in new, unused, saleable condition.
  • Packaged items (candy, bachelorette, oils, lubes, etc.):  If they are unopened, with the seal intact, and in saleable condition, can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value for 14 days. If the original item is unavailable, the item may be exchanged for other item/s of equal or greater value.
  • Toys: You can exchange for the same item within 14 days of the original purchase, with valid sales receipt and packaging, only if the item is defective. If the original item is unavailable, items may be exchanged for other item/s of equal or greater value.

Note: All sales are final. We don’t accept returns because it would be kind of, you know, nasty to resell a toy that has already been used. 

Uh oh.  My product doesn’t work. Can I exchange it? 

We don’t want you to be stuck with something that doesn’t work! That’s no fun for anyone. Here is our exchange policy:

Sensually Yours will exchange your product. Return it and make sure it’s postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. If your product doesn’t work, we will replace it. But, if you broke it, sorry. We don’t replace products that you broke yourself. Make sure that in those instances, you register your product with the manufacturer (as most of our products have a manufacturer’s warranty).
