Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. Orders are not packed, shipped, or delivered on
Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Generally if you place your order before noon Hawaii Standard time during the week your order will get processed the same day. If you place the order after noon, it will get processed the next day.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sensuallyyours.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sensuallyyours.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sensuallyyours.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Contact us right away if you receive a product damaged during shipping and we will work with you and the carrier to get a replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
All sales are final. We don’t accept returns because it would be kind of, you know, nasty to resell a toy or lingerie that has already been used or lube/oil that the seal was broken, and we are but a small business that can't eat the cost of everything just because someone didn't like it or changed their mind :)
Uh oh. My product doesn’t work. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, due to abuse of our generous exchange policy, we have ceased acceptance of defective toys. If your product doesn’t work, please contact the manufacturer. If you require a reprint of your proof of purchase (i.e. your receipt), feel free to e-mail us, call us, or come into the store. But, fair warning, if you just "don't like it" or the defect is due to user error (for instance, you broke it), a word of caution, most manufacturer's won't take the toy back. Always make sure to register your product with the manufacturer (as most of our products have a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 90 days to 5 years!).
