Return Policy

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary. You may return any unworn items in it's original packaging for a merchandise exchange, subject to the terms below. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For sanitary purposes, all sales of adult products, opened hosiery, bodystockings, panties, giftcards and closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted unless error made by Sensually Yours. Please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing these items.
  • State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear and Adult Toys" once it has been worn or used. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn or used items. When you receive your merchandise please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size, and color. For the health and safety of our valued customers and employees, returns of worn or used items will not be accepted.
  • Due to state health law, wigs are final sale and can not be returned.
  • Halloween Costumes and Seasonal Items are a final sale.
  • DVD/VHS returns must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. We can not accept returns on opened DVD/VHS due to International copyright laws. In case of a manufacturer’s defect, you must notify us within 14 days from the time you receive your order. DVDs can only be replaced with the exact title(s) ordered.
  • Returns that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return.
  • In order to get authorization for return, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us for a Return Authorization before returning the product @ 808-599-1655 or email us at weborders@sensuallyyours.com. Returns without authorization will be refused.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the original receipt with all packaging and tags intact. The items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact, and in original condition. Items can not be returned after 30 days of receipt.
  • We issue merchandise exchange only. NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS unless shipping errors made by Sensually Yours. We cannot refund shipping charges or gift wrap charges.
