Will anyone be able to figure out what’s in my package?
No. Once we process your order, we pack your item(s) in a normal mailing box along with an invoice detailing your order. It is sealed according to regulations and our return address is SYInc, rather than Sensually Yours, to ensure discretion.
Does it show on my bill that I bought this sort of product?
No. Your bill will show that you made a purchase with SYInc. The product will not be listed, only the amount you spent.
I haven’t received my order yet, where is it?
Most orders take about less than one to two weeks depending on whether the items are readily available and or how many orders need to be processed. If the item is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible, wait for your response and offer alternatives or suggestions. This is why it is imperative to leave contact information so we can be in touch with you regarding your order. Once your order has been shipped, there is a tracking number that allows your package to be tracked.
How do I cancel my order?
All sales are final. An order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet. Once it is shipped, you will be notified. You can call directly or email us regarding your order and then request a cancellation. If we have not shipped your order, we can do a full or partial refund.
What if my toy or DVD doesn’t work?
In case of a manufacturer’s defect, you must notify us within 14 days from the time you receive your order. Toys and DVDs must be in original packaging and accompanied with invoice. These items will be replaced with the exact item(s) ordered. Otherwise, there are no exchanges on personal products. Each battery operated toy is tested before shipment to ensure functionality and limit exchanges due to manufacturer’s defects.
How do I return a non-working toy or DVD?
In order to get authorization for return, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us for a Return Authorization before returning the product at 808-599-1655 or email us at weborders@sensuallyyours.com. Returns without authorization will be refused. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I get a tracking number for my package?
It will be emailed to you. Once your order has been processed, an email will be sent to you with information on your tracking number and the date that it has been shipped.
What is the difference between Water-Based lubricant and Silicone lubricant?
Water-based lubricants can be found in a variety of consistencies. It is also often found similar to the feel of vaginal fluids. Water-based lubricants rarely irritate and are better for more sensitive types. In addition it is ideal for use with condoms. Clean up is easier because they wash out of fabrics and take less effort to clean off of toys and yourself.
Silicone-based lubricants usually last longer (although there are also water-based lubes designed to simulate the long lasting silicone-based). It is also compatible with condoms and is great for anal as well as in the water. However, because it does not breakdown in water, surfaces like your tub could become slippery so please exercise caution. Clean up requires a little more effort and should always be done thoroughly.
Can I use Silicone-based lube with a Silicone toy?
No. Silicone toys should NOT be used with silicone lubes. While there may be some manufacturer’s who claim that silicone is compatible with their silicone toys, it is NOT recommended for the simple fact that it will ruin the toy.
